Today is my second class of my Internship with Digital Deepak . Deepak shared some information about assignment like completion rate that is 87%.

Marketing is all about Conversation : It is very important to build conversation . Marketing is all 1:1 marketing .You never talk to many people at the same time. You always talk to people is getting into the same conversation that is going in their mind. That drives them to listen to you regularly. Email marketing and direct messaging is important to get into the person’s private image .
It helps to make relationship with one another .Makes the bond stronger. Between you and the visitor. Another thing is being authentic on conversation when you talk to many people being true and showing your Persona is important .People who are faking it are easily understood and people are not interested with it.SO BE YOURSELF. So that you get to know people .
Whatever you want it is on the other side of fear: person gets some experience actually valuable experiences that make you a better marketer.

Niches : as in the previous assignment is very important part which Is niches. So this categorizing people to discuss strategies about them . Increasing marketing productivity.

II.LEARN-DO- ACT Triangle:
When you Teach; You understands the things in a better way!!
I recently come across with article which expresses two methods of Learning Active learning and another one is passive Learning. First will see what is Passive learning.
ACTIVE LEARNING AND PASSIVE LEARNING
- PASSIVE LEARNING: One who wants to learn the subject he/she will read the material may be book, slides or listen to audio or watching a video. Source of information that learner needs to consume can be any of these things. But when learning through this medium without taking an effort of taking notes or screenshots, listing essential points, discussion with colleagues, then its refer as PASSIVE LEARNING.
- ACTIVE LEARNING: ACTIVE LEARNING is not just about consuming the information which we receive from text or audio-video mode. When its process intentionally with any of the below methods retention ration of information/subject is high compare to PASSIVE LEARNING.
i. taking notes or screenshots
ii. listing important points
iii. discussion with colleagues
iv. To practice the concepts, we have learned
Now taking the discussion further concerning Active learning Deepak sir introduced a Learning Triangle, i.e. LEARN-DO-TEACH
Yes, Teachers learn the most!!
So it says that the process of learning is more fruitful, last-long and more nurturing to your brain when it follows ‘Learn-Do-Teach’ triangle.
LEARN-DO-TEACH TRIANGLE
STEP 1-LEARN: Learn the concept may be by self-learning or through your mentor the way I am learning this concept from my Guru Deepak Kanakaraju.
STEP 2-DO: Practice the concept to explore its usage in real-world /actual scenario. The more senses you involved in learning process information storages & retrieval becomes more? Less hectic.
STEP 3-TEACH: When you teach or explain the concept you learned, it invokes the process of recalling, recollecting information that you consumed during the ‘LEARN’ process. And if you miss this step 2, then step 3 will not turn out efficient and effective.
To execute ‘step 3-To Teach’ flawlessly ‘step 2 -To Do’ is essential. And as you performing step 3, you will realise that concepts you understand in step 1 or 2 will give more insights and learning which are much more impactful and last long.
Customer avatar survey:
Customer avatar is a very effective way to understand about your customer his overview his interest etc. This opportunity is easy to show how to classify your customer and
- Create a questionnaire which addresses the elements of Demographics & Psychographics. (Deepak sir has shared his template of the questionnaire)
- Survey on any feasible/available online channel or Social media platform where prospectus lands
A. The audience for the survey of your or your client’s new products could be
i. Prospectus
ii.Customers of your competitor
B. The audience for the survey of your or your client’s existing products could be
i. Customers of your competitor who faced issue (you may perform a different survey to collect issues as the responses)
ii.Your prospectus /customers who encountered an issue - Now study the responses of a survey and select the highly selected option of each question to design your customer Persona.
For, eg. Question is “What is your age?”
Options could be
a.18–24
b.25–40
c.41–55
d.55 above
Here if you get more responses for option b, i.e. 25–40 which informs you about your prospect’s age. So it’s easy for you to target your prospectus.
The key point is to “Focus On The Centre And Not On The Border” in CUSTOMER AVATAR. So even if you may have few responses let say for option d, i.e. the ‘age 55 above’ in the above example, then you cannot entirely focus on that age group as it will give less audience. You have to focus on the age group 25–40 and write for that audience and don’t worry; it will cover the audience of the border too (i.e. ‘age 55 above’) - Now analyse the responses for all or relevant questions from the survey, as explained in step (2-e) and clubbed it to create the first version of your customer Avatar. Post this Customer Avatar on your social media platform or online channels where your prospectus is present.
After we finished survey submission; Deepak sir processed those responses and posted as below in FB group by asking a question “Let me know if this matches your profile?”

Now by doing this, Deepak sir is addressing a broader audience with baseline persona, so he gets more prospectus.
You can repeat the same for your audience. Isn’t it interesting and exciting?
- Now next you can visit Social Media Profile of your Prospectus (of course which is Public) to know more about your customers.
- You can even have a word with your prospectus /customer avatar to know more about their challenges, and it also allows you ‘ to show your care for your customers’.
